If you wish, you can come to Greece and visit in person, or you can see all the details with remote video presentations.
Legal Process Planning and Title Deed Preparation
Tax number acquisition, bank account opening, legal controls and purchase contracts are prepared at this stage.
Post-Sales and Visa Process
Purchase & Title Deed Transfer
The purchase process is carried out by our lawyers and consultants. Official transfer of the property and notary procedures are completed.
Golden Visa Application Process
Document preparation and application follow-up are managed by us. After application, the visa is approved and entry-exit becomes free. Card delivery times may vary.
Optional Life Support
Post-home needs: electricity, water, natural gas, internet, moving support, translation services, school research for children.
