Data Deletion Requests

As AKROHOUSE IKE, under GDPR and Greek data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. This page explains step by step how to submit a data deletion request.

1. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to info@akrohouses.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In your email, please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address and/or phone number registered in our system
  • Which data you wish to be deleted:
    • All data
    • Marketing data only
    • A specific record (please specify)

2. Identity Verification

To verify that you are the data subject, you must contact us from the email address registered in our system. Requests from different addresses may require additional identity verification.

3. Processing Time

Once your request is received, your data will be deleted from the following systems within 30 days at the latest:

  • Our Supabase database (CRM, contact forms, appointment records)
  • Third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
  • Customer engagement data on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Email marketing lists
  • Backup systems (fully deleted within 90 days)

4. Confirmation

Once the deletion is completed, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will detail which data has been deleted and from which systems.

5. Exceptions

In accordance with GDPR Article 17(3), some data may continue to be retained in the following cases:

  • Legal obligations: Tax, accounting, and contract records must be retained for a minimum of 5 years (Greek tax legislation)
  • Legal claims: Data required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
  • Public interest: Data that must be retained under legal regulations

These exception cases will be separately communicated to the data subject, and retained data will only be used for the above purposes.

In addition to data deletion, under GDPR you also have the following rights:
